Wow that’s a big difference from the prior post, must have taken a long time to ‘clean’ those areas up.
Thanks! It did - I ended up sharpening an etching needle and tapping into the dark spots, to give the illusion of the grain of the stone picking up the litho crayon, for a good chunk of the morning....

So hey! This is my 100th post. Neat! In honor of that (and also because Alana asked) here’s a video of me saying things in a Southern accent.
Very awkward, watch at your own discretion. Oh, and that totes is Home Movies in the background. :)

Nope - tympan (found out the spelling). It’s this piece of smooth plastic that goes down on top of a litho stone when it’s on the press. The press blade gets greased up and slides over the tympan with the pressure on, making a print! :)
This has been a Litho Lesson(tm).
